MUMBAI: SREI Infra reported a 404% rise in net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2009, at Rs 44.2 crore from Rs 8.77 crore in the third quarter ended December 31, 2008.

Income from operation for the third quarter ended December 31, 2009, was up 51% at Rs 248.95 crore from Rs 164.46 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
