MUMBAI: Garware Offshore reported a 27% rise in net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2009, at Rs 13.14 crore when compared with the Rs 10.33 crore it posted in the third quarter ended December 31, 2008.

Garware Offshore will witness a takeover Bid by ABG Shipyard. Buy stock which has been in accumulation stage. News is that a Group holding qty in Garware has negotiated deal with ABG.
