NEW DELHI: GSM operators have added 1.1 crore new users in November taking the total GSM subscriber base to 36.67 crore.
    
Bharti Airtel added 28 lakh new users in the month which makes its market share 31.6%. Bharti's total GSM subscriber base stands at 11.6 crore, according to the data released by the Cellular Operators Association of India today.
    
Vodafone Essar, which follows Bharti Airtel in terms of market share at 24.16%, added 27.81 lakh new users in the month taking its subscriber base to 8.86 crore.
    
The No 3 operator in terms of market share Idea Cellular has 15.24%. It added 25.5 lakh new subscribers, increasing its users base to 5.59 crore.
    
State-run BSNL, the No 4 in terms market share at 15.05%, added 12.24 lakh new users. Its subscriber base stood at 5.51 crore.
