NEW DELHI: Breaking their silence for the first time on the much-awaited 3G spectrum auction, Aditya Birla Group-promoted Idea Cellular has said there are too many policy uncertanities.

As reported by Bloomberg UTV, Idea is against early payment of reserve money for spectrum.
