In this economic slowdown it is very difficult for investors to make a decision on investing in Real Estate. The prices have come down in metropolitan and Cosmopolitan cities. I hold 130 shares of mercator lines @Rs.115=65 and 200 shares of Shipping Corporation of India @Rs.275=23 on very short term perspective. Please advice whether I sell the stocks immediately or hold it.
