Punj Lloyd allots equity shares

  • The committee of Punj Lloyd in its meeting on 08 February 2010 has allotted 15,300 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2005 and 2145 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2006 of the company.
