Nutraplus Products to issue equity shares & warrants To convene EGM

  • The board of Nutraplus Products India in its meeting on 09 February 2010 has approved the issue of 3,20,000 equity shares and 8,25,000 convertible warrants on preferential basis.

    Further, the board has decided to convene extraordinary general meeting on 11 March 2010.
