MUMBAI: The war of the cars is over, at least for the moment, and Tata Nano has emerged triumphant as the car of the year. No mean feat considering there were a whole bunch of contenders (21 to be precise) lined up for Autocar India 2010 Car of the Year Award. This accolade carries an authority and credibility only the Autocar brand can deliver.
The most coveted awards awards for automotive excellence were announced in a glittering ceremony at Taj Lands End in Mumbai on Friday evening.
